Heater Fan with Bathroom Safe Plug

This is one of the best small heaters you can buy IMO.. I have owned one of these myself for 2 years and bought this current one on amazon for my girl friend so she can bring her living room up to temp a little better then the regular house heat does. These heaters are easy to use, there pretty quiet and I have never had any over heating issues etc.. I live in an older house and since heating the house is expensive I tend to only run this in my room when I'm home or have the day off.. I can turn this heater on when the rooms 48-55 degrees on average and watch the temp climb to 70-75 degrees within 20min.. it has no problem fighting the cold and will even start to heat up the cold hallway if I leave the door open by accident it's a pretty powerhouse unit for it's size if you ask me. The digital thermostat on it is pretty damn accurate.. i have a digital thermometer clock thingy in my room that sits around 6 feet away from the heater and it is always within 1 degree of the heater's set temp. If you got a small room, a small living room, bathroom, buy one of these you won't be sorry.

Ceramic Electric Space Heater

Ceramic Electric Space Heater

Ceramic Electric Space Heater

Ceramic Electric Space Heater

The Lasko # 6462 Full Circle Warmth ceramic heater sweeps warmth up to a full 360-Degree.

Ceramic Electric Space Heater

25-Inch height projects warmth around the room. Features multi-function remote control. Easy to clean filter keep unit running efficiently. Safety features include safe ceramic element, overheat protection, safety plastic and cool-touch housing.

Ceramic Electric Space Heater

Great product! Immediately turns out a lot of heat but the heater itself stays cool to the touch. Love the setting to have the heater automatically monitor the room temp and switch on and off in order to maintain the desired temperature.

Ceramic Electric Space Heater

The only thing I do not like about the heater is that after being turned off, when you turn it back on it goes straight to the heater setting instead of "remembering" that we had been using the automatic temperature monitoring setting.

Ceramic Electric Space Heater
This is a sturdy and very responsive heater. The instructions are clear and it puts a lot of heat out. It is light enough to move around easily but solid and not at all wobbly. I would recommend it to anyone needing a boost in a too cold room.

Ceramic Heater Thermostat

Ceramic Heater Thermostat

Ceramic Heater Thermostat

Ceramic Heater Thermostat

I got one of these last year because i wanted a strong heater in a small package, small footprint, to use in my bathroom, because the built in heater stopped working. It's perfect for heating a small room like that. Then i got another one for my bedroom, it's quiet, strong, and small, it fit into a small space near the bed.

Ceramic Heater Thermostat

Then, i got a third one for the living room. The living room is a large room, and i use the heater like a small fire place, it really pumps out the heat. It's not going to heat the whole living room, but sitting next to it feels like sitting next to a small fire for warmth,...

Ceramic Heater Thermostat

very pleasant, not too hot when close to it, just a nice strong warmth. In the living room, the central heating doesn't do that well heating the lower part of the room on a cold night, the heat rises and it can be set on a high temperature and still be cold where we sit, so we use these heaters to warm up our space, nice source of heat, very portable, lightweight, sturdy. No complaints, it's perfect for what i use it for.

Mica Panel Heater
Intro...

Upon researching various types of heaters for the past week, I came to the conclusion that this heater would be a good pick for a bedroom. I ended up purchasing a Lasko heater for the living room and this DeLonghi Mica Panel Heater for the bedroom. The reason I chose this brand over other mica panels is due to my experience with their products in the past. I've owned a DeLonghi Magnifica Espresso machine, which has worked flawlessly for over 4 years along with a DeLonghi Radiator Heater which has worked just as great. If you dont know much about DeLonghi, they are a European-based company that makes quality appliances, specifically utilizing German-engineering.

Overall Thoughts...

Upon testing out this new technology heater, I noticed that it had all of the great features that a radiator heater had. To add to the conventional radiator heater, it also features instant-on heat while maintaining a low-profile size. Due to the thin profile, this heater can be wall-mounted like a picture frame. However, I'd recommend keeping the heater as low as possible since heat tends to rise, pushing the cold air down. Another great feature about this heater is the quietness during use. Because there are no fans or moving parts, there are no constant noises. A conventional radiator heater makes a considerable amount of noise from the oil dripping inside. So how is the heat output from this new Mica Thermic technology? To put it short, it provides an ample amount of heat similar to an oil radiator heater, but has the advantage of instant heat. This gives you instant warmth when you stand in front of the heater immediately after you turn it on. This is something that you cannot obtain with a conventional radiator heater.

The unit is very nice looking but perhaps the size is a little overkill. I like being able to place it against the wall and out of the way. Does a decent job of heating a poorly insulated room that is about 300 sq. feet with no other heat source. I was able to maintain the room at 60 degrees when the outside temperature dipped to freezing recently.

Cyclonic Ceramic Heater

My main gripe is that the heat comes out near the top of the unit (about 2' above the floor). You can't direct the airflow any lower than horizontal so it stays pretty cold on the floor. Just being about to blow the warm air downward would make me change this rating to a 5 star.

If you are looking for a cost-effective way to heat small rooms, the Lasko 758000 Cyclonic Ceramic Heater is a great buy. In order to be succinct, please find the "pros" and "cons" below.

I was very reluctant to purchase this heater and did so based on the only 3 reviews I could find. I have a basement room in my house that can get pretty chilly during the midwest winters (approx. 20 degrees outside = 55-60 degrees inside).

Oscillating Ceramic Tower Heater

I thought about the infrared cabinet heaters that have become so popular but didn't have the $175-$300 to pay for one at the time. I have to say, I am extremely impressed with not only the quality of this little heater (the size of a surround sound stereo speaker) but with the effectiveness at heating the room (approximately 400 sq. ft).

Very pleased... I think you will be too.

VERY pleased with this purchase! Big thanks to the woman who actually suggested this product in a review I was reading about another I was going to purchase. A little unit that seriously kicks out the heat.

Ceramic Oscillating Heater

I use it for an open area den-there is a draft from main home entry on cold nights. I sit it between door and lounging area. No more cold air is felt across the floor and even warms up the den area. Had thought the remote was an unnecessary perk -- not anymore! Extremely pleased with this unit.

Purchased this product from Home Depot in January of 2006 and used it to heat a very small room, which it did well enough. This year after using it for about a month on and off, the heater would shut down after running for a short time. I cleaned the vents located in the back of the unit and it now appears to be working okay.

Ceramic Tower Heater Lasko

The power cord does appear to heat up to an alarming temperature.

Ceramic Tower Heater Lasko

Nice featuers: Oscilating movement, timer and remote.

Bad: Power cord heats up to where it is nearly melting.

It will shut down if rear vents get clogged. And it does't do a good job of heating up a larger room. I wouldn't use it for a room larger than a 10' by 12' bedroom with 7' ceilings.

I just got this Heater and LOVE IT!! I'm so glad I bought this one because I had just bought a Holmes (non-ceramic) and hated it.

This heater really heats up the space quick, is quiet, has a remote and is perfect in its design because it fits everywhere. Great looking Heater too!!
